Zeineb Ali
Fashion designer who graduated from the Higher Institute of Fashion Professions in Monastir, Zeineb succumbed, from an early age, to her love for clothing, with the ambition of promoting and improving fashion in Tunisia. Currently, she is a stylist for a local brand: She designs women's clothing and discovers the fashion industry with great passion and interest. Zeineb wants to create a stylish and eco-friendly international clothing brand.
The designer's creations are rich in their texture and the fabrics used. Indeed, tweed, canvas and jeans complement these looks.
The first being composed of a top with a futuristic look while being structured thanks to a deconstructed blazer with sleeves extracted from a Zara skirt, which dares straightened shoulders at the opening with a touch of denim at the level of the side cuts, d a “Crop-top” in tweed (30% of the fabric was used), as well as flared denim pants from a Bershka jumpsuit. Her second creation features an “Oversized” gray men's jacket (Massimo Dutti) with tears in the back, covered with pieces of fabric from the tweed pants. The remaining 70% of the previous look was used for this one, accomplishing her zero-waste goal. The designer also added shoulder pads and a corset belt to accentuate the look and structure it. This Denim Corset is taken from the fabric of the previously used jumpsuit and the Zara green skirt to achieve a total use of 90% of the skirt and 100% of the jumpsuit. A cut at the front of the jacket gives the illusion of a train, thus adding dynamism and fluidity to its creation. These two looks fall into the category of “Casual” Daily wear, original, atypical but above all chic.
